TERMS OF SERVICE
By paying your deposit to book a shoot with Bobby King Photography you are agreeing to these terms of service.
SCHEDULING POLICY:
Deposit: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the photo shoot package. Why a deposit? No, I'm not trying run away with your money! Whenever an appointment is made, the time scheduled becomes committed to the person making the appointment. That block of time becomes off limits to anyone else seeking to make an appointment at that time. It means that if you cancel, not only will I not receive full payment for the time I've committed to working with you, it also means that there is almost no possibility of me being able make up for my loss by "selling" that block of time to someone else. A non-refundable deposit deters people from casually cancelling the time they have committed to. Cancellations and "no shows" are very hurtful in that they directly result in a loss of time and money. Rescheduling: Rescheduling can be done without penalty up to 7 days before your photo shoot is scheduled. If you give me at least 48 hours notice, I charge a small fee of $25 to reschedule. If you provide me with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $75 rescheduling fee. Advanced Cancellations: Cancellations prior to the day of your shoot will result in the loss of your deposit. Same-day Cancellations & No shows: Cancelling on the same day of your appointment or failing to show up will result in a charge for the remaining balance for you scheduled photo shoot. Why a rescheduling fee? In the same way that cancellations directly result in a loss of time and money, the act of clients casually rescheduling their appointments is also detrimental. The rescheduling fee exists to deter casual and unnecessary rescheduling.
PHOTO SELECTION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Selecting the number of "processed photos" included free with your photo shoot package must be done within 30 days of having received your proofs CD or within 40 days of when it was sent (whichever comes first). Otherwise, regular fees will apply to each photo you wish to have processed. If you anticipate having difficulty fulfilling this request within 30 days, please let us know as soon as possible and an extension may be granted. Bobby King Photography reserves the right to change and/or modify these terms without notice.
